My objective is to assist organizations with business analysis for the development of business and project management methodologies, policies, procedures, processes. systems, tools, and templates for organizational governance and corporate strategy; implementation of a project business management methodology that integrates strategic planning, business objective development, portfolio management, program management, and project management processes to achieve strategic objectives and maximize operational efficiency enterprise-wide through the development and management of Project Management Offices.

· Proficient user of Microsoft Office 2003 and Microsoft Project 2003 products.
· Effectively utilize strong organization and business management skills to direct diverse project teams.
· Organize ideas into plans and provide the vision and leadership for implementation application and product development projects.

My Key Accomplishments:
· Managed multi-national virtual project teams completing complex projects.
· Performed organization assessments of business and project management performance and maturity capabilities.
· Developed and managed PMOs for multiple organizations in several industries.
· Authored and implemented a Corporate Project Management Process Manual including 20 handbooks and 22 templates distributed enterprise-wide as standard for an international aerospace organization within the Engineering USA and UK operations.
· Authored and distributed a project management process standard with templates for an international tier one automotive supplier enterprise-wide within the IT USA and European operations.
· Developed corporate project management education and training programs and courses for an international organization.
· Developed strategic planning, business objective development, portfolio, program, and project management processes, tools, templates, and work instructions.
· Translated the PMBOK® Guide Third Edition into workable methodology that fits the organizations culture, environment as the way of doing business for multiple organizations.
· Published two books with American Management Association: “Building Project Management Centers of Excellence” AMACOM 2002; “The Power of Enterprise-wide Project Management”, AMACOM 2007.
